Prof. Dileep Mavalankar

Prof. Dileep Mavalankar is a public health expert with experience in academics for more than 30 years.  He was director of Indian Institute of Public health Gandhinagar. He has worked on designing, implementation and evaluation of many public health projects with national and international agencies. He has been associated with development of pioneering Heat Action Plan in city of Ahmedabad since 2011. He is currently senior consultant (STC) to Health group in India and Urban heat resilience group of World Bank / GFDRR globally.
