Dr. Twinkle

Dr Twinkle Shokeen is a Program Associate at the JSWCCH, PHFI. She holds an MPH specialising in Health Economics, Financing and Policy. With four years of experience across health systems research, health professional education, and institutional capacity building. At PHFI, Dr Twinkle managed the Harvard-PHFI Health Systems Assessment and Diagnosis (HSAD) course, leading health systems training for state-level policy makers and bureaucrats. She manages the secretariat of the Network of Schools of Public Health in India (NSPHI), convening collaborations across 13 founding institutions and international partners including UCPH, Deakin University etc. Her research spans health systems assessment, human resources for health forecasting in Meghalaya, Mizoram and Madhya Pradesh, synthesizing evidence to inform state level policy recommendations.
