Panel Discussion- Air Policy Implementation and Communication, IIT Delhi

Prof Preeti Negandhi participated in a panel discussion during a consultation workshop on Air quality and health research at IIT Delhi on 30^th September 2025. Diverse stakeholders from the government, academia and civil society came together to address pressing issues with regards to air pollution and develop an integrated view towards health more explicitly into clean air policies in India. The discussion focussed on capacity building, the development of a communication plan, public awareness and education, action-oriented messaging, and addressing communication gaps. It also focussed on narrative building and facilitating a shift in air quality management towards a more holistic and health-integrated approach.
